A satellite with a weak gravitational trap and a small tank of liquefied gas. It sits in low orbit and collects what leaks from the atmosphere. The product depends on planet type: oxygen on Earth-type, hydrogen on a gas giant, carbon dioxide (dry ice) on an uninhabitable world, nitrogen on a dead planet. An asteroid has no atmosphere — the plant yields nothing. The cycle is long: base 3 hours and 1000 units per cycle.
